- Atleast with one (1) year experience in BAR Industry on same field
- can start ASAP
- Amenable to work in Poblacion, Makati City
- Coordinate daily FOH and BOH Operations.
- Deliver superior service and accurately for customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Ensuring that all team members comply with the company policy
